are you essentially asking: "how to convert my python file to an .exe?"
In that case, you would likely have a good time with the pyinstaller package.

pip install pyinstaller
pyinstaller yourscript.py*
run your generated exe found in dist/yourscript/ folder

Well no, the main goal is to get a program that displays text somehow.
