🔒 Reaching an array

I have a list, holding empty arrays like this: 1st ss
And here, I am filling up these empty arrays with data, referencing them with their index in the list: 2nd ss
However, when I try to reference these data with their names, like, mP_innms, i see that the array is empty. But I reference it as arrays_to_save[0]
then I see that the is actually written. How can I solve this, and why this happens?
