onedrive takes hold on a corrupted cache file

so try to remove the link between your desktop and onedrive, and delete the cache file

that is a onedrive issue, i dont mind onedrive on my document folder, but on the desktop, thats just messes things up imho. i dont want to sync my desktop icons to a new install of windows
