i have this ticTacToe game that i created and its not giving me back a result and im wondering why

so if i run this in one file i get a result, but in vscode it just gets stuck:

leads me to believe its something i did wrong with importing but idk

when it got stuck I just hit ctrl+c to kill the process

in doing so the error message also revealed which action it was executing when I killed it
