The server won't sometimes load up the CSS files

i think theres a breakpoint thats making your divs stack on top

ctrl + shift + i
and you'll see the errors in the console

But anytime I get to reload the web site the server might sometimes not load all the CSS files which makes some of the CSS style missing on the browser, how to solve that?
i dont know what you mean by silver
for example when i load reddit
it'll show errors in the console
