i think it is, this basically is an obscure library that provides their own documentation and not many people know about it.
the best way to work with it is to check their documentation.

python isn't the right language for that.
there's a few choices, pyinstaller, nuitka, briefcase, cx_freeze

and the source code can be retrieved with sufficient effort regardless.
