tf.clip_by_value turns out in tf_op_layer_Minimum_3 and tf_op_layer_Maximum_3
there is no reference/documentation about tf_op_layer_Maximum_3 or tf_op_layer_Minimum_3
Are you calling it on a Tensor or a Layer?
You probably should use an Activation function instead if you are working with layers
not sure if just Activation(tf.clip_by_value, clip_value_min=-1, clip_value_max=1) works (note: activation docs) or if you need to use an actual activation function like https://www.tensorflow.org/api_docs/python/tf/keras/activations/relu
Applies the rectified linear unit activation function.
