I reinstalled anaconda but now i can't seem to open jupyterlab

Use the terminal, anaconda navigator is buggy as hell

actually my main issue is; i installed python first on my laptop(either on C or D drive); then later i installed anaconda(on D drive), and now my libraries and packages are messed up, when using jupyter, i couldn't import some libraries, hence i reinstalled anaconda, and now it doesnt even open

Are you able to access the anaconda prompt?
Search in the start menu

From there launch it

Since you have conda you can use that

conda create -n py311 python=3.11
For example

Conda is the package and environment manager from anaconda

You should be able to access it from anaconda prompt in windows
