I made a mistake of inserting a (probably wrong, even) conda path to the configs of the python extension on vscode, one with the name "base"; problem is, now 2 "base" keeps appearing when I go select a conda env to a python file (exactly like this guy https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72345901/how-to-remove-conda-environment-from-vscode); I want to know how to delete it from vscode since it doesn't actually exist (and I already deleted it from the settings, but it still shows up)

Remember to:
- Ask your Python question, not if you can ask or if there's an expert who can help.
- Show a code sample as text (rather than a screenshot) and the error message, if you've got one.
- Explain what you expect to happen and what actually happens.
:warning: Do not pip install anything that isn't related to your question, especially if asked to over DMs.
