i m not even trying to see if something works for me i m just impatient like someone gives me advice i dont follow it and searches for soemthing else. and this lack of focus problem is with me from a very long time like i never could have studied with good focus ever at all i always kept daydreaming but earlier i didnt use to give up and still kept going throughout the day daydreaming/studying but now it sucks as i give up very easily and i know i wont be able to study.
i m able to study a bit better when i study with someone else but i really dont want to get peopleโs help and want to study on my own.
i think maybe cuz after i lost some of the marks in the school maybe? and some problem with a study buddy who stopped studying with me i mean they are not obliged to study togethor but i still was left hopeless and not able to study back its not their fault its just me not able to adjust i think i really dont know if its due to that.
its my first year of college so stuff is not hard its just me procrastinating and yeah i dont think of keeping breaks but tobehonest i had been procrastinating alot and this procrastination is even worse since two years since i got a bad grade and i just never studied back again. i m struggling since like 2-3 years things were fine before that atleast i nver procrastinated.
tbh i actually recovered from that a while ago when i ussed to study with my best friend but she actually went through alot and we dont study togethor anymore so things are back like before once again. for now if someone even motivates me or if i watch any motivational video nothing works

I donโt think thereโs something wrong with you. It feels like after a few setbacks, you stopped trusting yourself, so your mind gives up early. That happens. You donโt need motivation right nowโjust a tiny structure. Try 5 minutes, one small task, then stop. No pressure.
Wanting to study alone is okay, but needing support isnโt weakness. This phase isnโt who you are. The fact that youโre aware and talking about it already matters.
