The features in this cog were created by members of the community during our first ever code jam event.
The event saw over 50 participants, who competed to write a discord bot cog with a snake theme over 48 hours. The staff then selected the best features from all the best teams, and made modifications to ensure they would all work together before integrating them into the community bot.
It was a tight race, but in the end, @edgy aurora and @zinc heath walked away as grand champions. Make sure you check out .snakes sal,.snakes draw and .snakes hatch to see what they came up with.

Finish the solution so that it returns the sum of all the multiples of 3 or 5 below the number passed in.
Additionally, if the number is negative, return 0.
Note: If the number is a multiple of both 3 and 5, only count it once.

This is an issue of general concern in the ARPA Internet Community at this time. The method proposed here is presented for your consideration and comment. This is not the specification of an Internet Standard.

.RFC 5001
With the increased use of DNS anycast, load balancing, and other mechanisms allowing more than one DNS name server to share a single IP address, it is sometimes difficult to tell which of a pool of name servers has answered a particular query. While existing ad-hoc mechanisms allow an operator to send follow-up queries when it is necessary to debug such a configuration, the only completely reliable way to obtain the identity of the name server that responded is to have the name server include this information in the response itself. This note defines a protocol extension to support this functionality. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
