Scenario: A company that offers training also teaches programming topics. Unfortunately there is not much time for frontal teaching of programming basics in Python e.g. only 2x a week for 1h 30 min. This has to be changed and I myself think flipped classroom is a good idea.

tpope/vim-commentary to comment stuff
vim-airline/vim-airline to have a nice status bar
ap/vim-css-color this one changes the background of color codes to be the actual color of the color code. Convenient when you work with html/css or user interface in general.
Appart from that, I configured many options in my .vimrc.
A lot of things don’t require plugin and are easier to do just in the config file.
