Then when you take out / put back the RAM sticks make sure they are in the right channels and are clicked in. Then make sure the GPU is fully set, and all power cables from the MOBO are seated. Then make sure all peripherals are disconnected (any usb things) except for the keyboard / mouse and the GPU output (HDMI / VGA etc)

But it could be that the RAM sticks themselves are damaged, the RAM slots on the MOBO are damaged, or the BIOS / boot menu isn't configured to use all of the RAM
