if you install a new version of the PSReadline module and powershell 7.1+ and set its prediction style to ListView and prediction source to HistoryAndPlugin and then install the Az.Tools.Predictor module to get ai aided auto completion for your azure commands and commands you've typed before in a list view you can scroll through

for vim ctrl-e or ctrl-y can scroll without moving cursor or even just j or k if you don't mind moving the cursor
or ctrl-d to go down half a page and ctrl-u to go up half a page
or you type :line-number to just jump to a line number
or nj to to n number of lines down and nk to go n number of lines up
if you're actually used to working in vim scrolling in vim is actually 100 times more convenient and has 100 times more options and ways to do it
tho again i say scrolling but that's the last thing we do in vim
usually you just jump to lines you need or use / to search a word and find what line you wanna be on using that
or if you actually wanna go through the page most people just use ctrl-d and ctrl-u
