so there are telegram bots where u visit links and get coins and when u get enough coins u can advertise ur link

I would think they'd want you to access them normally. Also I'd be really careful about something automatically going to various sites for you

i mean, he has an opinion, a wrong one, but an opinion nonetheless
is that zyzz bruh
all im saying is if it can be done by other less taxing methods, then it should be done.
The reason for the system is because of hit and run trolls. They would join the server, join voice chat, scream, and then leave. This was happening 4 to 6 times a day. We have only had that issue a few times since we added the system a year and a half ago
If you plan on being in the server (and participating) for any given amount of time, then the message count and time in server are small drops in the bucket
next I'll be printing it much wider to hold the phone over its full length
if i send you my engineer card would you pass me in for voice chat?
I've met plenty of engineers who are trolls. I try not to make exceptions
Sorry for the inconvenience
haha okay

ok Δ± respect that
Thank you
@storm sorrel I do hope you see the reason why we do it this way. If you have a better process, I'm more than happy to hear suggestions. We found that this has been the easiest to maintain and most successful method thus far
And it should be noted, even if you're not voice verified, we still watch the paired text channels

!d format
format(value[, format_spec])```
Convert a *value* to a βformattedβ representation, as controlled by *format\_spec*. The interpretation of *format\_spec* will depend on the type of the *value* argument; however, there is a standard formatting syntax that is used by most built-in types: [Format Specification Mini-Language](https://docs.python.org/3/library/string.html#formatspec).
The default *format\_spec* is an empty string which usually gives the same effect as calling [`str(value)`](https://docs.python.org/3/library/stdtypes.html#str "str").
A call to `format(value, format_spec)` is translated to `type(value).__format__(value, format_spec)` which bypasses the instance dictionary when searching for the valueβs `__format__()` method. A [`TypeError`](https://docs.python.org/3/library/exceptions.html#TypeError "TypeError") exception is raised if the method search reaches [`object`](https://docs.python.org/3/library/functions.html#object "object") and the *format\_spec* is non-empty, or if either the *format\_spec* or the return value are not strings.

Here's how to format Python code on Discord:
```py
print('Hello world!')
These are backticks, not quotes. Check this out if you can't find the backtick key.
Pasting large amounts of code
If your code is too long to fit in a codeblock in discord, you can paste your code here:
https://paste.pythondiscord.com/
After pasting your code, save it by clicking the floppy disk icon in the top right, or by typing ctrl + S. After doing that, the URL should change. Copy the URL and post it here so others can see it.
(60 points): Password Validator
Write a script that opens a file containing a list of passwords and checks to see if the passwords are strong.
1. Save a list of five passwords in a text file.
2. Write a Python script that opens the text file and reads the passwords.
3. For each password, use regular expressions to check the password strength (I recommend creating a module to do this). For a password to be considered strong, it must satisfy the following requirements:
+ minimum length 8 characters
+ must contain one or more alphabetical characters [a-z]
+ must contain one or more Uppercase characters [A-Z]
+ must contain one or more numeric characters [0-9]
+ must contain one or more special characters [_$!]```
Kindling Projects
The Kindling projects page on Ned Batchelder's website contains a list of projects and ideas programmers can tackle to build their skills and knowledge.
Oh alright, thanks :)
Ahh I see
Yeah, I think I could try a few of these
Yeah, imma try fizz buzz first
Which one?
Mandelbrot set, I will try that after a while, it seems like it could be a cool challenge
I'd like to work my way up to getting into more of the machine learning side of things
Lol yup
mhm, for sure
Other than the mandelbrot set, are you working on anything else atm?
thats fair
Got fizzbuzz down
for i in range(1, 101):
if (i % 3 == 0):
if (i % 5 == 0):
print('FizzBuzz')
else:
print('Fizz')
elif (i % 5 == 0):
print('Buzz')
else:
print(i)```
I think imma try Currency Exchange converter
its my third day
# This program converts USD to CAD with realtime data
import requests
import json
amountusd = float(input('How much USD?: '))
request = requests.get('https://openexchangerates.org/api/latest.json?app_id=3c110069a18f4bdfbb56773165b57fed')
data = request.text
parse_json = json.loads(data)
currentcad = parse_json['rates']['CAD']
amountcad = amountusd * currentcad
print(f'{amountusd} is equal to {amountcad}')
Used an API for once, most of this is new, but it works :)
π See what parentheses you can remove and still have it work.
oh alr
for i in range(1, 101):
if i % 3 == 0:
if i % 5 == 0:
print('FizzBuzz')
else:
print('Fizz')
elif i % 5 == 0:
print('Buzz')
else:
print(i)```
That would probably be it right?
@somber heath
π
π
instead of
import requests
import json
<some code>
data = request.text
parse_json = json.loads(data)
<some more code>
you can do
import requests
<some code>
parse_json = request.json()
<some more code>
saves an import, and also another line of code
requests is very nice
Yeah, as mentioned earlier, I just started with requests/api
what, so .h files contain things like Access-Control-Allowed-Methods
Channel value wise
okay i see. basically i forgot what height image my AI model takes
hey
https://paste.pythondiscord.com/ifuleyejuq i cant remember if i feed in 512 pixel height image of 256 height
can someone tell from the code which would be right
Which language?
F#, but similar concepts apply to most languages that implement functional paradigm stuff
No. It looks to me to probably only concern itself with channel values, not spatials.
Oh. Paste.
Ah
Functional stuff
I leave that for my nightmares
I was going to say that's a syntax error in bash
Oh it was just a general foo bar thing
Based on the 128s, I'd say 256.
I can't remember whether postfix piping or prefix piping is the more common one
I mean I guess it depends on whether it's a portrait or landscape image
Not my code, not my speciality.
not sure how to tel
Fair point
Is that not something you can check on image load?
Once it's an object?
model.default_cfg['input_size'] = (1,512,256)```
Or that
So...numpy is generally yx, so height 512, width 256? Which would track.
Yeah I'm probably looking for the wrong terms
