You have to have a significant amount of capital to back it in order to make those transfers
With those systems, there's 4 parties: the payer (the customer), the payee (the store), the financial institution (either a bank or credit card company) and the intermediary (Stripe in this case)
The customer pays using their card. Stripe sends that information to the financial institution to let them know what is getting charged and who to pay it to (in most cases to Stripe themselves). Stripe then pays the store out of THEIR pocket and waits to receive the payment from the financial institution
So you need to have a good chunk of capital to even consider getting something like this going
Otherwise you're going to have a lot of people just waiting for money for longer periods of time, which will not make you very competitive
