@somber heath it was just tkinter being tkinter 🤣 the funtion he wanted to run first was being stuck in the tkinter event queue and then halted because a larger function was being identified with similar output as the queued so tkinter was just like "I'll just wait and do both of those at the same time"

I don't know what the laws are wherever you work,
but, afaik, in Europe and Russia that's near illegal for most jobs
officially I only have 40 hours
(and I work approximately that much)
work helped me quite a bit with being less tired all the time
because before that, the brain focused way more on PTSD and stuff
I haven't slept properly in almost 4 years now
thankfully, the job allows me to work without a strict schedule
