We're redecorating one room currently, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to put an ethernet outlet in.

gentle flint

doesn't really matter that much
flexible is annoying if you ever want to push new cable through it
rigid is more of a pain to fit

pine depot
#

i wouldnt use conduit

stuck furnace
#

Oh pithink

gentle flint
#

how do you replace the cable then

pine depot
#

99% of business have them laying across the attic and down to server

gentle flint
#

sure but businesses use wall cable conduits

#

they don't have cable coming straight out of drywall

pine depot
#

not particularly

gentle flint
#

that's what I've seen so far, anyway

pine depot
#

yeah we put outlets on

gentle flint
#

steel square pipes going up to the ceiling

pine depot
#

most run through drywall and we add an outlet

#

or keystone for cat5/6/whatever

#

most cable anywhere is bare

#

just zip tied to conduit or something

gentle flint
#

that means you need to break out the entire drywall to replace the cable

pine depot
#

if you ever need to replace, you electrical tape a new cable to it and pull it

gentle flint
#

this also might be different by country

gentle flint
pine depot
#

you cut the zip tie

#

thats only for cable management

gentle flint
#

where are you having the zip tie

#

if it's behind the drywall you can't get there to cut it

pine depot
#

ill show a couple photos quick, hold on

gentle flint
#

also which country are you in

pine depot
#

youre misunderstanding

#

Most cable has no conduit up to outlet

#
#

for 99% of cable installations, all you need is a glow rod ^ above is 12.99$, and a drill

#

with a wood bit

#

heres a step by step thats pretty good

stuck furnace
#

Oh right yeah I was meaning to buy a cable rod πŸ˜„

A mainframe computer, informally called a mainframe or big iron, is a computer used primarily by large organizations for critical applications like bulk data processing for tasks such as censuses, industry and consumer statistics, enterprise resource planning, and large-scale transaction processing. A mainframe computer is large but not as large...

A mainframe is meant for HUGE numbers of transactions per second. In the trillions at times

Well the thing with mainframe system it is reliable in terms of throughput but when it comes down to scalability it is awful, when it boils to down to things like disaster recovery it becomes a nightmare. There is a 0Β° wind at 10 kn (blowing 10 knots from north to south).
What is the shortest amount of time it will take for a sailboat to travel 10 nmi (10 nautical miles) north?
(reply to this with ping with solution pls ty)

Assume a simple sail (just a flat line that deflects wind).
Ignore drag, lift, and air resistance. You only have to worry about the wind.
The sailboat can't drift; it can only travel in the direction it's facing.

Here are some useful hints:

  • ||If the sailboat wanted to go south, it would take 1 hour. This is with its sail being pointed 90Β° clockwise to its port side||
  • ||If the sailboat were to head straight west, it would be traveling at 5 kn. This is with its sail being pointed 45Β° clockwise to its port side||
(When i mention a sail being pointed in a direction, I'm referring to the direction normal to the sail.)
