Using Mystic Reflection to Mass Copy an ETB does not work correctly

For example, if you use [[Mystic Reflection]] on [[Corpse Knight]] to make 5 knights at the same time (Such as via [[Season of the Burrow]]), each opponent should lose 20 life (4*5). Instead it acts as if they entered one at a time (0+1+2+3+4 life lost). This happens with any similar effect.

UPDATE: It looks like Season shouldn't make 5 knights in the first place. That said, the above issue also occurs with cards like Will of the Mardu that actually make all 5 tokens at the same time.

This is 2.0.05-SNAPSHOT-07.09, but has been an issue for much longer / I doubt it's been fixed in the more recent versions.

In that case, it's a bad example (although that means Season+Mystic is still bugged, just differently). That said, I believe the original issue I mentioned also occurs with [[Will of the Mardu]] which creates all of the tokens at once. I'll go re-confirm that now...

Yes, the issue also happens with Will of the Mardu (make 5x knights, only 10 life is lost instead of the correct 20), which definitely creates all of the tokens at the same time.
