Hello,
I've made a functional card script that turns just about any format into a Horde format.
You can even turn enemy encounters in Adventure mode into a Horde game if you have the card script on your library before encountering an enemy.

I wasn't sure on how to reach out to the devs without DMing them so I am posting this here and am welcoming people to give this a try if interested.

I support this. I remember finding the original and being super disappointed in not being able to get it to work. I'll have to give this a try a bit later.

I have now finished the Oracle text of the HordeFormat Modes explaining what each Mode is and how they function and put together a HordeFormat - ModeSelector card script you can have in your library that will trigger when a game starts allowing you to choose what Mode you would like to play between:

  • HordeFormat - Basic Rules
  • HordeFormat - Intensify
  • HordeFormat - Radiation
  • HordeFormat - Endless Nights

If people are interested in trying them out I put a link to my github in the 'Horde Magic thread' that contains the card scripts with some others.

I think so, I don't use windows much.
Location I believe is:
For cards: C:/Users//Application Data/Roaming/Forge/custom/cards

Editions:
C:/Users//Application Data/Roaming/Forge/custom/editions

And yeah, that was the place

Since the file is in alphabetical order I added it under line 148 Homunculus:Homunculus
And before Horror:Horrors.

Haven't tried adding to only the top or bottom.

Thank you. I'll try it out now.

So far I'm liking it. I have a couple of buddies that are going to be pretty stoked, too. I'll mess around with it a bit more when I have more time, and then I might have some questions or comments if you don't mind.
