Is there anywhere I can see what the difference between the draft formats in forge are?

Can you be. more specific with your question? Which specific draft formats are you referring to?

Full cardpool is literally every card and it generates 15 card boosters for each player based on rarity

Block set is traditional drafting. You get another menu asking which block/ set you want to draft from

Fantasy block you can create your own block to draft from.

Cube drafts from a cube

I don't remember what chaos draft does

the menu on fantasy block is still a bit confusing to me. You said its for creating your own block, but a lot of of the sets aren't there?

also custom cube only has a preset list of cubes?

No you have to create your fantasy block in a file then it's loaded by forge

i am but it doesnt really explain a whole lot

it has a list of options to pick from, but im not really sure what those options do
