#deck editor/ sell card in adventure mode not working

@civic solar jumpstart cards are unsellable?
That is correct. Cards from jumpstart events are unsellable so as to give cheap access to a wide variety of basic cards without having them all sold for easy cash right at the start of the game.
Was that an answer to my question? I still can’t sort my cards
Not working because I can’t sort my cards, outside of town also
And, no it doesn’t include any jumpstart cards
So, format legality is something I'll need to look in to, but as of this moment there are no format restrictions within Adventure.
Sorting by "New" may simply be a misunderstanding of how we handle that. "New" does not mean sorting by order obtained in this case, simply that the card has been obtained since the last time you had your collection open.
When you leave the deck editor, those cards are cleared from the temporary collection and are no longer considered new.
Personally I would like a way to get rid of LotR jumpstart cards though. I don't want to use non-Mtg cards in my decks if I can help it but it's distracting to have them around during deckbuilding
non MTG cards? I thought LotR are official products and is an MTG cards?
As much as some of us really dislike some or all of the 3rd party content in the game, they are a published part of the game. As such, we allow players to have access to them and choose whether or not they want to use them rather than forcing the choice by removing them.
Separately but contributing to your issue, cards from jumpstart events can't be sold and that's not going to budge any time soon. But if having them bothers you, I can delete them from your save file if you send it to me when you're done for a given day (I can't always address it immediately and would prefer not to hinder your progress by making you wait for the updated file).
I probably shouldn't have said that. I just hate that they exist, but you are correct of course. They are actually fun to play, as I noticed when I was forced into LotR jumpstart....
I'll just stomach it I guess. Maybe I'll even play with some of them? I quit Arena over the D&D cards, but I don't think I can just quit Forge over this.
I am so emotionally conflicted about all of these non Magic-IP cards that whenever I see one it leaves me with all kinds of negative emotions.
But maybe I'll get used to it.... maybe I'll end up uninstalling Forge over it... I don't know yet. I know it's my own problem and I don't want to make it someone else's problem.
I'll shut up about it on the server for now, I'm sorry I brought it up. Most people like them and I don't want to spoil other people's fun. Sorry to have brought it up.
No, I wouldn't want you to go through that trouble. I will either have to get used to seeing cards like that around or just not play Forge. I don't want to make this your problem
To make sure I understand your point of view from a design standpoint, what made you feel as though you were forced into the LotR jumpstart event?
I already payed for it when I saw that it was LotR jumpstart instead of regular jumpstart. I assumed that if I quit the event I would lose my challenge coin for no gain, but maybe that's not true.
I didn't check the event to see if I could see if it was a special kind of jumpstart event so maybe I could have known.
There are no refunds once you've entered, but the set is available in the description before entering the event.
That's good to know. I'll check it next time.
Don't get me wrong, it's cool that these kinds of things exist and I'm sure it's right that they are implemented. I'm just not sure I'm the target audience.
But again, maybe this is the way I'll finally warm up to this sort of thing.
Weird thing: after a while I actually got the option to sell the jumpstart cards. Is that intended behaviour?
