Uninstall forge, browse obb folder using third party file manager to see the contents, and delete forge.app folder, then re download the latest snapshot apk and install it.

I've not done anything like this before. I tried using that app, but couldn't find an obb folder anywhere.

Should be in internal storage>android>obb you will see forge.app folder, if it's not existing then the uninstall successfully remove it
