The download was slow on bad WiFi, so I switched to mobile data to get there.
I got this message (pic1), so I went and deleted Res, couldn't find version.txt, so I started up the app and got a black screen (pic 2). Then I went back, deleted both Res and version.txt and restarted, but that didn't fix it. Can I solve this without losing my data?

Go to internal storage / obb / forge.app/ forge/ and delete res folder and version.txt, restart forge again

right after as I've mentioned, and multiple other times since for good measure, sadly no dice
