Because when you get to like HSK 4 or smth, it doesn't really include the translations. (either that or I'm just missing it)

I'd imagine if you still need translations for HSK 4+, you should revise HSK 1-3 first.
Furthermore, I don't need to learn the language, so I haven't had the need to look at any of the HSK textbooks.
On the other hand, I've also not heard this particular complaint before, so perhaps you can check again.

It seems like digmandarin.com covers stuff all the way to HSK 6, but I'm not sure if the coverage is complete.
