Is there a better word for "versus" in Cantonese than 或者 (which I understand is more like "or")？

If it's "X versus Y", then it's X 對 Y.
If you want "in contrast with", then 比 is the word to use.
Cantonese:

• 呢個牌嘅廁紙【比】其他啲牌平。
  Mandarin:
• 這個牌子的厠紙【比】其他牌子便宜。
• 這個牌子的厠紙【和/跟/與】其他牌子【相比】更便宜。
• 這個牌子的厠紙【和/跟/與】其他牌子【比起來】更便宜。
