How about providing more information? A name( included family name) that is totally indistinguishable from natives, or indicates your cultural background and your personal wishes? Should it be one of 2000 -, 1990 - 2000, 1980 -1990 styles?

I want to keep Freitas. When I was in college, my 老师，gave us a choice to use this website ( http://www.mandarintools.com/chinesename.html ). It gave me some like 费柔舞，给容菲、馮容菲 - but I’m not sure if these would make sense. I tried using ChatGPT aswell and I’ve got nothing good back
