Hi there - we are looking into this! If you're able to send us your game log file then this would be super helpful:
Go to your Documents folder. Here you will find a folder named Marvel's Spider-Man 2, that holds the "Marvel's Spider-Man 2.log" file (text file)

Hm, do you have compatibility mode active on Steam? Are you able to disable that and see if the problem still occurs?

We have had some reports that dropping to complete lowest settings works for some players. Are you able to try that for now?
