Started using proxy a few days ago and am very pleased with the improved graphics and gameplay, but now my HXUI and some other addons are crashing constantly, any ideas on whats going on here? I play on a high end newer laptop on horizon server.

you are sure that if you remove the dll (or rename) the crash is gone?
the d3d even that you reffer is a call made on every frame of the game.. its trying to get several information.. but its not directly link to the Dx proxy.

i am using this and crashing in the inventory i remember taking out some .dat and not using those specific ones that crash the UI. anyone know what one(s) and i dont see a .dll i hear thats what causes it i ran a search an its nowhere here.
also cant seem to find a app anymore to convert my png to .dat anyone have that program. i googled like a mofo and cant seem to find anything but old repos on github with no .exes and there VS is so old mine wont let me in their repo. Thanks in advance

It is very unlikely that the proxy is the cause of this issue and that you are just hitting a bug now at the same time you made some other changes (as in installing the proxy).
