Lately, my friend and I have been unable to run 1 on 1 matches because we just can't connect to each other in the first place. Strangely, this issue doesn't occur if there's another player with us, if there's a third player then we connect to each other just fine. We've also tried LAN matches through Radmin VPN to no avail. Any idea? This is a recent issue.
Here's some solutions we've tried to no avail

  1. Tried ethernet/Wireless Wifi
  2. Restarted systems
  3. Tried connection with VPNs
