LAN, Online or Online Co-Op Can't join? While under the same network [Tacitus + RA3LANHelper] - FIX

THIS IS NOT A BUG REPORT OR ASKING FOR HELP, this is just me sharing something that hasn't allowed me to play with people in the same household for too long and it worked for me.

To my understanding for those players (like me) that do not have a router that allows / smart enough to allow while using the Public IP to connect locally or play in the same lobby (under the same Public IP)

1 - Either download from releases or have visual studio 2019 or higher and compile the `CncLocalRelay.sln` yourself.

2 - Have the executables on each machine under the same network that will be playing.

3 - It's recommended to run `CncLocalRelayUI.exe` as admin once for the initial setup so you can `Enable` the option `NAT-NEG Redirection`.

4 - From now on, you just need to open `CNC Relay` and click `Start Relay` any time you wish to play with people under the same network, and you do not need to run as admin.

Note: As the screenshot you can see the other 2 local devices, one of them being the other PC that I wish to play with LAN or Co-Op Campaign.

I haven't been active enough to know if it was or not alright, i will take that to mind, I've tested this not too long ago and it's working, is why I'm making this for anyone who might get this issue.

Dm one of the head staff members/developers like @edgy arrow or @ripe bronze about it so they can take a look and test it themselves. If it works and doesnt break other C&C games then they might put it into tacitus or it may be suggested to members in future. Ideally get the creator to dm as well so that there's more transparency. If it cannot immediately be put into tacitus or causes potential issues with other C&C games then it might be exclusively suggested in a pinned post for RA3 as a fix.

Even if this existing solution be implemented, something similiar should, as back when both CNC3 and RA3 came out i used to play with my father under online under the same IP, so this used to work under EA / Gamespy before

A fix has been done to the server to solve this issue without needing any external solution. You can try it and let us know if there's any issues

@slow sundial a new feature has been released to allow users on the same network to connect to eachother now ( directly ).
