#red alert 3 connection failed

Hi. This can be caused by multiple issues, so we have to diagnose the problem first
Since the game is Red Alert 3
first try this procedure:
- open Start, and then type
%appdata%
- navigate to
Red Alert 3, thenProfiles, then open the folder named after your in-game profile
- open the
Options.inifile
- remove the line that starts with
FirewallPortOverrideand save the file
- retry and let us know if it solved your issue
Note that all parties involved in the match must go through this procedure
