this error message comes up whenever i try to log in to the website.

You tried to login during the server restart period, everything should be ok again now. Can you confirm this?

that worked, i just tried to download the tacitus thing from the website and the installer wont actually install anything onto my computer

can you explain? Do you get any error?

Tacitus no longer has a launcher btw, it launches with the game and thus has no shortcut anymore on your desktop

oh okay. so for tib wars as an example how would you access a multiplayer game with a friend? just through the online in game?
