Hello, i have a question about the download link for Tacitus version 1.0.0.0

when i attempted to download it, my windows defender pinged it as a severe trojan, calling it Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml

Microsoft's virus database has almost nothing on this, and im wondering if this is a false positive and if other people have encountered this. i remember when i had the old version of the C&C:Online back in 2023 that my antivirus went off on it. I remember finding a forum post on revora with a response from the app creator that it is just the antivirus ringing a false positive since the program itself wasn't identified by alot of antivirus databases.

im basically wondering if it's ok still, and if anyone knows anything about this Win32/Wacatac.B!ml that Windows Defender is spooked about

Thanks for that announcement link, I read a thing on windows defender website that apparently there are a lot of foreign actor attacks (Russian specifically, but a few others as well) as of late and that might be why they are going overboard with Windows Defender alerts.

i have similar problem. I can download it, but windows defender wont let me run it and inmidetly delete the file after that. How can I install Tacitus?
