A friend of mine is getting this error shown in the pic when he tries to play with anyone

Others have reported this too, haven't found a fix so far, all suggestions others made didn't work. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah is weird, other peoples i know can play the game fine, only him is having those issues for whatever reason

Hmmm, could he add an exception for ra3_1.13.game to Windows Firewall?

@merry arrow @old ginkgo @alpine sleet can you all provide the FULL path to the retailExe > 1.10 folder for me for TW? and the full retailExe > 1.3 path for KW? So, I mean the folder path to that folder in the installation files of the game. In my case: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\RetailExe\1.10 and E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer 3 - Kane's Wrath\RetailExe\1.3
