There's also a "tacitus.log" file next to the .dat files for the games (.game files for RA3). If you upload that here, it could give a better idea on what's going on.

If your game is from steam try running steam in admin if its from EA app then try running it's exe in admin.

the enabler is an alternate way to launch the game other than cnc online

for which a file needs to be deleted for it to work with tacitus properly

also i made a small mistake when we did the manual drop in of the file

#

it should be dropped in the 1.9 and the 1.10 folder of the game

#

so the manual drop in not working might be due to my mistake

and its something you could try in your own time to see if that will change anything
