Could Not Connect to Kane's Wrath Online

I hooked Kane's Wrath Game from Steam to the C&C Online App, I logged in but its still me this error

*already hooked the game in the CNC online app
*already have a shortcut of the game in my desktop
*I was able to sort of sign in once and it asked what country is my locale then it gave me this issue
*kept giving me this same issue
*already using a vpn ; issue still persist

Try if you can select a different IP in KW game settings.
Also when using a VPN check if you can select a other IP, sometimes it stay on the original Ip adress instead of the VPN IP.

That doesn't work for me. I can't select an online IP and when i try to press online it gives me an connection error

Getting the VPN and setting it up:

1. Go to https://privadovpn.com/
2. Click that massive "Get PrivadoVPN" button
3. Select the Free Plan
4. Enter the E-Mail address you want to use with your account
5. Click "Create Your Free Account"
6. Verify your account with the link sent to your email
7. The website will now display you your password for the love of god save these credentials
8. Click the "Download for Windows" button beneath your login credentials (in case you cant find it)
9. Install the program and run the set-up
10. Now you can choose between taking the tour or just starting the app

Setting the app up correctly:

1. Select the "Settings" button (bottom left of the window that opened)
2. Select "Bypass"
3. Set it up so that your apps that are using the most traffic are excluded from the VPN
4. Finish the set up of routing to your liking
5. Exit the settings and start your VPN

What to do in game:

1. Open "Settings/Options"
2. Go to "Network"
3. Change the IP in your game's network settings
4. Now try to connect to multiplayer
