I get this message if I try to join anyone's game, even if it's my friend who I know has the same version as me.

Please help me solve this issue.

It's worth noting that I get this message from Gentool when I launch the game "This game executable (generals.exe) is not x87 compatible"

I verified the files and turns out for some reason 4 were reinstalled. I however wasn't able to check if the problem is solved because there is no one on right now, I'll keep checking and update you

I have this issue now, and I am understanding it's gentool doesn't support the current 1.05 version, so do I need an older gentool version or game version, in which case how to patch or revert either?

Not yet, I'd imagine at this point gold out for gentool update, maybe try gentool patcher, or see if you can load zero hour as version 1.04 and not update it until they fix gentool. Those are options I can think of ATM.

Kind of a sit and wait for the smart nerds to fix it eventually as it was before.
