I tried to install by disabling the firewall and antivirus. the problem remains. it is not possible to run on behalf of the administrator. Also, it is not possible to create a task with administrator rights because the "overview" does not see this installer.

i can't read the language, but your problem is that you do not have permission to add a register key.

To find out goto** registery editor**
paste this in the adres window
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\RA3.exe

try to add a new string value

if you cant find the RA3.exe folder try to add one

in that case you should add Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\
