while me and my friends are in a match all of our games just randomly close at once, or it crashes and we cant seem to figure out why

Yes, unfortunately there are maps that do not function properly.
From my experience the 4gb patch did solve a lot of issues for me. if you use the 4K add-on you do not need the 4gb patch.
May i ask which map it is?
