Leave your questions here for the Career Panel! Our four panelists are: Ziggy (Product Manager, Viewer Experience) from Twitch, Katherine (Product Manager) from Caper/Instacart, Lauren (Senior Product Designer) from Scale.ai; and finally from Top.gg, we have Gracjan (our Senior Product Designer).

I'm excited to moderate this panel 🙂 (for those who don't know I have a product management background) -- looking forward to questions!

How do you find out new ideas for products / features? and how do you know if they are potentially good/useable?

@astral sand said they were working at Twitch and they liked solving problems with people. If this is in the topic? Related to the twitch hack, how did you use this social problem solving skill to benefit the company and everything around?

Has your design/product team ever started falling behind engineering in terms of velocity? What's the process for dealing with something like that?

How do you deal with product requirements being changed? How do you decide whether or not to push back on them? Or how do you communicate the new requirements to the engineers?

How do you measure success as a product person? Is it just the end-product being delivered? Hitting the milestones? Or is there something more there that lets you know that you are doing a good job?

Can you share an example of a time where you had really high convictions of your product strategy and ultimately it did not resonate with Users and what your takeaways were?
