This year marked 5 years since I returned to my home country after living in Japan for a few years. In October, I finally had the chance to take my parents to Japan to share with them where I had some of the brightest times of my life.
And while travelling with parents can be difficult when you're all very different people, it makes me so proud to be able to be in a position where I could save money to contribute towards that trip.
uhh
This year marked my 1 year anniversary of me making my discord bot, and hopefully in 3 months I'm going to be able to get it verified
Well done! You can do it!!
Thank you! I got everything done except for the id verification which I need to wait until my birthday, and that day I am hoping version 2 of my bot to come out with the major update
uhm, why the webhook is lost
Because it doesn't know where the web is? Lol
I m glad that after my aquired brain injury i started to build what we now have!
This year, I am finally getting out of my comfort zone and decide to actually work on bigger projects like web apps and desktop apps to fill my portfolio after a long hiatus since 2021
The biggest challenge I've went through was probably the moment I didn't pass becoming a bot reviewer. That moment hit me like a truck but it really showed how flawed I was. I was incredibly insecure and for the remainder of the year I've been trying really hard to be the best version of myself for everyone.
Mine would be getting my shelter ro level 25, and then opening a farm account what's now at 40 million too lol
To
@indigo lotus well done you bro
When will it be my turn?
I want to be successful. I want my life to succeed. I try to build bots, but… everything falls apart. None of them become popular. Since 2022, I’ve been building bots using my old account, and there have been no results. I hope my bot will one day be like the one in this edit. I wish all of you success
While you didn't get to become a bot reviewer this round, I think I can speak for a lot of people to say what an amazing member of this community you are, and that even as someone who isn't a staff member, you still find meaningful ways to contribute to this platform.
I'm excited to see what you create!
I'm sorry to hear about your injury, but glad that you are here with us! Hopefully we can see the cool things that you are building and your story!
i can only hope for this bot, my last idea
What game are you playing? 😮
@echo lance doomsday last survivor
Building a product can be such a journey, and an even bigger mountain to climb when getting users, can't it?! Hopefully 2026 will be the year!
Thank you so much!
This will probably my biggest leap of faith yet, as the projects in question are significantly larger in scale compared to my existing projects
Overall great progress on top.gg :) I'm proud of the changes we made, and how slowly things are becoming more stable and unified now
Go go! You have the entire general chat to use as your testing guinea pigs!
I'm proud of you, well done
long overdue :D
This year, I joined college. It's been three months since.

.
I hate it.
My bot exceeded 2k servers this year
Launched my iOS diabetes app and my new discord bot game 🎉
One thing I'm proud of this year is having another kid
What diabetes app? What's it do?
It's called Nudg... relies on Nightscout backend, basically a much nicer interface, correction dose calculator, dosage calculator, AI photo etc. Looks for trends in what happens to your sugars, for example, alert you if you seem to go up and down at similar times
interesting!
🙂 I was fed up of switching between multiple apps (think I was using 4) but now cut down to just the 1
nice! My wife is type 1 so it caught my interest
Go the 10k servers for Panais in 2026 (:
Yeah I'm type 1 as well 🙁 it was my little "i find this irritating" moment so tried to make something that worked for me
I’m proud of top.gg staff who finally accepted my bot after 5 years
And starting a company too
That’s what I’m proud arm

I finally figured out what I wanted to do with my life after a whole bunch of stuff happened in my personal life.
The road to figuring out exactly what to do with your life is a long and bumpy one for some, but you'll eventually find something that you enjoy doing.
I also can confidently say I learned how to animate in Blender this year, which was very fun.
Ohhh I should learn that this year. I remember learning it in my highschool but it's been too long since I last used it so I forgot a lot of stuff
I must say, this year has probably been both the best and the worst one in my entire life. So much stress, so many missed deadlines, and a lot of hard work. But also many, many wins :
- My communication skills : This is something I've always struggled with. But this year, I decided to take action : I've done plenty of research, opened myself more to people, and started being more confident, step by step. I can confidently say these skills are paying off - and this is for sure one of the best skills I have learnt this year.
- My habits : Now this is something I haven't really explored before. However, I discovered that habits are an important part of life - both in good and bad ways. So one at a time, I added new habits to my life : things like meditation, hydration, vocal exercices and mental training are now part of my days. And that's really amazing !
- My projects : Coding and management have been part of my life for a long time - but this year was marked by a lot of changes : My bot became the most widely used active Scratch Discord bot with over 80 servers and 100K users across them, my scratch "shop" is now the biggest one on the request forums, and I'm working on an ambitious game project for this year.
So overall, I'm really proud of what I've achieved 😁 Jolly christmas to everyone, wishing you all an awesome 2026 !
That's really nice, congratulations !
Happy to be doing well in school and also to be making a bot that I’m actually passionate about
awesome! very proud of you
You are a blessing.
