The best place would probably be to open a support ticket, and someone can give you an official comment from a Top.gg employee

We do not moderate on discord behavior (outside of the current support server your on). Such as DMs between non Top.gg users. The best place to report those types of issues would be directly to Discord Trust and Safety https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000291932-How-to-Properly-Report-Issues-to-Trust-Safety as they are better equipped with tools to moderate content, users and servers they host

I would also urge you to report any of these servers by clicking the 3 dots on the top right of their Top.gg page and fill any relevant details. That will go directly to our mods for review.

However please note all moderators are volunteers, so this message is my view and may not reflect Top.gg stance, if you want want a official response, as mentioned above it would be better to open a ticket and take it privately with one of the support associates

The issue is mainly that we do not control what Discord hosts or allows. As I mentioned above, we can only control what emojis, description etc that is hosted on our site. I would highly urge you to contact discord and other relevant authorities to report those accounts and servers

This may also not be the platform to "expose" these accounts. We are a support server for Top.gg related issues, you may have better luck taking this with Discord and using the site report functionality on our site to send it to our mods

they should be normally able to literally vote after 12 hours from their last point, the rollover to the next month seems to mess with that timing

They are invited with no perms and granted perms based off what they need (i.e. Ban command gives only BAN_MEMBERS, kick command gives only KICK_MEMBERS, etc)

Permissions are granted per command. So if you have a bot that does all, when we test the kick command we only give it the kick perm, remove it when testing ban and only give it ban members, etc.
