There is a known issue that admins cant seem to see the servers. Would you be able to ask the server owner to go to https://top.gg/servers/new click "refresh servers" and see if the server then shows up

They should then be able to add the server, and if they want to give you access to edit server details, they could move the server to a team that you are on
