Then the bot may have been offline when you voted. The error comes from their end. They didn't receive the voting data so the problem is on the receiving end. There are no issues with votes on our end. Everything is working as usual.

It's up to the bot developer to compensate you or not. There's nothing wrong on our end. You can clearly see when you try to vote it says you've already voted. So your vote is in our database and was sent to the bot.

Around 4 weeks ago I reported a review to the top.gg team via email with full evidencing to why this review should be deleted. I had a wonderful time emailing back and forth with Heather from top.gg support who shared the report information with the moderators around the end of January to investigate and hopefully delete the negative, harmful, and untruthful review from the top.gg website. We are now at least 20 days on from this occasion and I don't seem to have heard anything at all from the moderation team and the review seems to have been allowed. The ticket number that will have been shared with the top.gg moderators is #160950. Could someone please take a moment to check in on this incident as it is continuously having a false negative affect on my bot and myself.

class names for Top.gg elements are randomized and can be changed every push, it's wise to instead try and find class names that are something like '.header' (which i think we have few of) or by selecting elements down chains until we support that better

also a pro tip for anyone just wanting to change colours, you can change the entire branding colour for your bot/server pages by doing this:

i got rejected twice for approval of my bot on top.gg , and my bot is blown off of the website now that i'm trying to do this again it says it's already on top.gg which it is not...
It now only shows 1 of my bots.

You need to wait some time before resubmitting your bot again after it got declined, reason for that is server caching.

I'd say around 30 minutes to an hour.
