This is related to an older cached version of your submit page, which contains a so called "CSRF Token" / Cross site request forgery token, which might be stored within that cached version and which might be expired depending on when you last opened that submit page.
You will need to clear your cache and possibly your cookies in order to have it work again:
Clearing your cache: CTRL+F5 (Desktop)
Clearing your cookies: Depending on your browser, going into the site settings of top.gg, then pressing "clear site data" (Note: You will be required to relogin)
This could also be related to you having too long tags, make sure your tags are below 25 characters
