I know I'm a bit late but from the sound of it for every small server you dmd the owner all at once and made the bot leave. If you're doing that many dms it counts as api abuse, so top.gg isn't responsible for that in any way. If you had done an action like sending a message while following ratelimits your bot wouldn't of been flagged

So, our bots are tested with permissions=0, but bot rules states 6. Commands must only require permissions that the command being run needs. (e.g the kick command can only require the kick permission as it's required to be used). Bots cannot require the administrator permission for it to work. so I'm a little confused. My bot requires some permissions to work as intended.

Its being tested with permissions=0 so that they would know if your bot will respond that it's missing a permission and not crash the bot. Basically, your bot should still work even with a missing permission.
