Sorry to answer so late, but nope. I haven't changed or turned off any settings, and as far as i was able to check everything is on that should be.
The notifications just started appearing late sometime around when ads were implemented (outstandingly trashy move btw), and after like a month stopped appearing altogether. I asked my friend about it too and he said his notifications came like 3 hours late too, and I'm pretty sure his completely stopped by now as well

It's just a redirect issue. It tries to redirect from /servers/(id) to /bot/(id)
