- Loop through all those messages, find the author, edit the webhook from server 2, and send the message content to server 2 through webhooks

To keep a bot online it must be put on a computer that keeps it online, using a script or process manager that reboots it on crash. VPS systems are good at this, and some hosting services you can pay for.
