Check if you have the correct permissions in the server the bot is in ("Administrator" or "Manage Server")
If this is true, the shard dsl is on in your server is dead (almost all shards currently).
Currently, all we know is that the shards are having problems. Nothing more nothing less.
There is nothing you can do at the current moment to speed up the process or to get the server to show up on your panel.
No ETA on when this will be fixed, so please be patient while the team works on it. There will most likely be a message or update once it has been fixed.
